Terms and Conditions
  • The green fees above are valid till 30 September 2026 – Subject to
    availability! Rates are per person, exclude golf carts which are
    optional, additional & subject to availability.
  • Rates will be adjusted according to the increase or decrease of
    players.
  • Rates and tee times are subject to change on discretion of the Golf
    General Manager. Amount of players need to be confirmed at least 1
    week prior to play, no shows or cancellations made within 6 days
    prior will be charged accordingly.
  • Groups can be pre-paid or paid on the day of play, unfortunately no
    credit allowed.
  • No refunds for groups that have been pre-paid unless golf course is
    closed by management – credit in the pro shop or rain vouchers for
    golf can be given.

Terms and Conditions
  • These rates increase slightly on an annual basis and is payable in
    October 2025*.
  • Single Membership allows one person to play as a member and
    guests to play at current Estate Visitor’s fee of R405pp.
  • Family Membership includes husband, wife and two children.
  • Guests to pay applicable green fees.
  • Junior Membership applicable to under 18’s after which membership
    converts to Single Membership and applicable green fee.
  • Adding the paid-up option to your membership will give you
    unlimited rounds of golf at no green fee charges.
  • All applicants will go through a golf committee screening process
    before acceptance*. The golf committee holds right to revoke any
    membership in which case your entrance fee is refundable*.
  • For more information regarding the rules, terms and conditions of
    the San Lameer Master Home Owners Association – the golf charter
    is available on request. All golf cart drivers require a valid driver’s
    license.
  • Rates quoted above are current and subject to change upon the
    discretion of the Golf Committee or Golf General Manager.

Terms and Conditions

Payment & Cancellation Policy:

Full payment is required on booking through the on-line system, via a credit or debit card. There is a free of charge cancelation policy. Should you cancel your booking 48 hours before your tee time, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel less than 48 hours or in the case of a no show there will be no refund.

Weather:

If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being closed (e.g. bad weather), a full refund will be given. You will also be allowed to move the tee time to an alternative date. Please note that course closure is at the discretion of club Management.

Notes:

Please report to the Pro Shop 20 minutes before booked tee time.
Please have booking conformation ready when checking in for the round.
Please note that tee-off time is subject to field pace and may be delayed by up to 30 min.
Carts may only be used by a person with a valid driver’s licence.

Dress Code:

Please ensure you fully comply with the dress regulations, as detailed in this website.
