Petrol Coupons Are Only Available For Sale At The Estate Office During Office Hours Only (Monday – Friday: 07:45 – 16:15).
Coupons must be redeemed at the Maintenance department and fuel will be available on Monday – Friday 09:00am – 14:00pm only. (NOT ON PUBLIC HOLIDAYS. Extended hours during peak season holidays.)
Sale of coupons for petrol is for the use of golf carts only.
No containers or vehicles permitted.
There will be no refunds.

Rates per liter change frequently. Kindly ask the estate office for costings on the fuel.
Minimum 6 months period. Terms & conditions apply.
Daily services on Sundays and public holidays are charged at 1.5 times the normal daily service rate.
* An additional fee will be applicable for arrival services if the unit has not been used/cleaned for 1 month.
* We recommend deep cleans for villas that have been standing closed for 2 months or longer. Quotations for deep cleans will vary and are subject to an on-site inspection.
